Shipping and Delivery
Domestic Shipping:
Standard and Express shipping options are offered within Australia through Australia Post.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and are dependent on Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so that you can monitor the progress of your order.
International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping services. Our current shipping capabilities are limited to addresses within Australia.
We understand that there may be a desire for our products globally, and we appreciate your interest. We are actively exploring options to expand in the future.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
Change of mind:
We provide store credit for change of mind on full-priced items only and do not refund for customer error or change in circumstances.
In the event of a return, the customer must first contact our customer support team at [[email protected]] 14 days from date of purchase. We will provide you with a Returns Form for completion. All returned goods must have the purchase receipt, all original tags and packaging intact, be unused and unwashed, and in a condition fit for resale. The customer will be responsible for all return postage costs. We recommend using registered mail and adequate packaging when returning goods, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged goods.
Pending we are satisfied that all of these conditions have been met, the original postage costs will be deducted from the order value prior to the store credit being issued. Please allow up to 10 days for your store credit to be issued. The store credit can be used to purchase any currently in stock items and must be used in one transaction only. The store credit will be valid for three months from the date of issue.

Refunds for faulty items:
Refunds will be given on a case-by-case basis and only for items that are deemed faulty. The customer must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, by email at [email protected]. We may contact the Distributor or Manufacturer for their assessment of whether an item is faulty.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund request within 5 business days. Refunds that are deemed acceptable will be issued to the original payment method.
If an item received is damaged or faulty we will replace or refund once we have investigated the issue and seen proof of damage/fault – this could be in the in the form of photos or in some cases, sending the item back to us. If an item is required to be sent back to us, we will reimburse your cost in getting the product posted to us upon receipt of the order (assuming the request is accepted).
If you are unhappy with a product or your order for any reason, we welcome you to email us to discuss. We are always happy to work with you to reach an agreeable outcome, however we are only obliged to refund or exchange if your order is faulty or incorrect.
Sale Items:
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for Sale items, so please choose carefully.
